We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you can return it under the following conditions:

Return Period
You have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving them.

Return Process

  • Create a Return Label: The customer is responsible for creating the return label.
  • Request a Return: Contact us by email at [your email address] with your order number.
  • Receive the Return Address: After your request, we will provide you with the return address.
    Note: The return period begins once you receive the return address. You have 7 days to return the item and notify us that the package has been shipped. If the return is not sent within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the return request.

Important Notes for the Return
To ensure we can process your return properly, please make sure the following:

  • Your name and address on the return package match exactly with the details of your order.
  • The invoice, or at least the order number, and your contact information (name, address, phone number, or email) are included with the package.
    Attention: Returns without this information may not be processed.

Purchases with Coupons
Products purchased with a coupon are excluded from refunds. Instead of a refund, we will issue you a new coupon for the original purchase amount. This coupon can be used for future purchases in our store.

Exclusions and Personalized Items
The following items are excluded from returns:

  • Personalized items: Products that are specially made to your specifications (e.g., engravings, custom names, special orders).
  • Hygiene products, sale items, or other products that cannot be returned for hygiene or individual reasons.

Why are personalized items excluded?
Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so refunds or exchanges are excluded.

Exceptions for Personalized Items:
If the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide a description of the issue along with photos or videos of the item.
    Depending on the situation, we will offer you a repair, a voucher (coupon), or another appropriate solution.

Shipping Costs and Deductions

  • Return Shipping Costs: The shop does not cover the cost of creating the return label.
  • Deductions from Refund: For products originally offered for free, the shipping cost we covered will be deducted from the refund amount.
    You will receive an email with the following details:
    • The deducted amount.
    • The original shipping cost we paid.
      Before processing the refund, we will need your confirmation of the deduction.

Return Requirements
The item must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. The original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase must be included.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (minus any applicable costs) within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Purchases with Coupons are excluded from refunds (see section “Purchases with Coupons”).
